女性更年期综合征采用坤泰胶囊结合黄体酮治疗对Kupperma与MRS评分的干预效果

Intervention effect of Kuntai capsule combined with progesterone on Kupperma and MRS Scores in female climacteric syndrome

目的分析女性更年期综合征采用坤泰胶囊结合黄体酮治疗对Kupperma与更年期生活质量评分量表(MRS)评分的干预效果。方法选取200例女性更年期综合征患者,根据随机数字表法分为常规组(100例,采用常规黄体酮治疗)与研究组(100例,采用坤泰胶囊结合黄体酮治疗)。比较两组综合疗效与安全性。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率98.00%显著高于常规组的90.00%(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的Kupperma、MRS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者Kupperma、MRS评分均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论女性更年期综合征采用坤泰胶囊结合黄体酮治疗,可取得理想疗效。

Objective To analyze the intervention effect of Kuntai capsulecombined withprogesteroneon Kuppermaand menopause quality of life scale(MRS)score in female climacteric syndrome.Methods 200 female patients with climacteric syndrome were selected and divided into conventional group(100 cases,conventional progesterone treatment)and study group(100 cases,Kuntai capsule combined progesterone treatment)according to random number table method.The comprehensive efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 98.00%significantly higher than that of the conventional group(90.00%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Kupperma and MRS Scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,Kupperma and MRS Scores in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Kuntai capsule combined with progesterone in the treatment of female climacteric syndrome can achieve ideal curative effect.
