卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素用于剖宫产产后出血的治疗效果分析

Analysis of the therapeutic effect of carprost,tramine and oxytocin on postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section

目的研究在剖宫产产后出血的治疗中,采用卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素的止血效果。方法选取30例剖宫产产后出血产妇,依据交替分组法分为研究组与对照组,各15例。对照组采用缩宫素治疗,研究组采用卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素治疗。比较两组产妇临床疗效、产后出血量、泌乳时间及泌乳量评分。结果研究组总有效率为100%,显著高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术中、产后2 h及24 h出血量[(310.25±31.47)ml、(59.65±5.57)ml、(397.65±13.27)ml]均显著少于对照组[(416.56±31.58)ml、(67.56±6.38)ml、(534.96±16.58)ml],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组泌乳时间显著短于对照组,术后1 d、2 d的泌乳量评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在剖宫产产后出血的治疗中,应用卡前列素氨丁三醇联合缩宫素止血,可有效降低产后2 h、24 h出血量,改善泌乳功能,疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the hemostatic effect of carprost combined with oxytocin in the treatment of hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods 30 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were selected and divided into study group and control group according to alternate grouping method,15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the study group was treated with caprost,tramine and oxytocin.The clinical effect,postpartum blood loss,lactation time and lactation volume score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 100%,significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Study group intraoperative,postpartum 2 h and 24 h blood loss[(310.25±31.47)ml,(59.65±5.57)ml,(397.65±13.27)ml]was significantly lower than that of the control group[(416.56±31.58)ml,(67.56±6.38)ml,(534.96±16.58)ml].The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lactation time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the lactation volume scores on day 1 and day 2 after surgery were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage by cesarean section,the application of caprost trobutrin combined with oxytocin to stop bleeding can effectively reduce the amount of postpartum blood loss at 2 h and 24 h and improve lactation function,with significant efficacy and high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
