细节护理应用于晚期卵巢癌化疗患者中的效果分析

Effect analysis of detailed nursing in patients with advanced ovarian cancer undergoing chemotherapy

目的探究在晚期卵巢癌化疗患者护理中应用细节护理模式的效果。方法选取43例晚期卵巢癌化疗患者,根据护理方法不同分为对照组(21例)与观察组(22例)。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用细节护理模式。对比两组患者的心理状态及生活质量。结果观察组临床症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在晚期卵巢癌化疗患者中应用细节护理干预效果确切,可以缓解患者负面情绪,提升患者生活质量,具有推广及运用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of applying detailed nursing model in nursing of patients with advanced ovarian cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods 43 patients with advanced ovarian cancer undergoing chemotherapy were divided into control group(21 cases)and observation group(22 cases)according to different nursing methods.The control group adopted the routine nursing mode,and the observation group adopted the detailed nursing mode.The psychological state and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical symptom SCL-90 score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The score of summary health survey form(SF-36)in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detailed nursing intervention in advanced ovarian cancer patients with chemotherapy has definite effects,can alleviate patients'negative emotions,improve patients'quality of life,and has the value of promotion and application.
