糖尿病合并老年妇科恶性肿瘤患者围手术期护理效果观察

Observation of perioperative nursing effect in elderly patients with diabetes complicated with gynecological malignancy

目的探究糖尿病合并老年妇科恶性肿瘤患者围手术期护理措施的效果。方法选取50例糖尿病合并老年妇科恶性肿瘤患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组25例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行针对性围手术期护理。比较两组患者的血糖水平及生活质量。结果干预前,两组空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖水平均明显低于干预前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组生活质量评分高于干预前,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病合并老年妇科恶性肿瘤患者,展开优质的围手术期护理干预,能够帮助患者控制血糖水平,提升生活质量。

Objective To explore the perioperative care measures for patients with diabetes and gynecological malignant tumors in the elderly.Methods 50 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with gynecological malignant tumor were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received targeted perioperative nursing based on the control group.Blood glucose level and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose level and 2 h postprandial blood glucose level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in both groups were significantly lower than before intervention,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score of the two groups was higher than that before intervention,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetes and elderly gynecological malignant tumors,high-quality perioperative nursing intervention can help patients control their blood sugar levels,and improve their quality of life.
