先兆流产患者护理中心理评价及干预的应用效果分析

Effect analysis of psychological evaluation and intervention in nursing care of patients with threatened abortion

目的分析先兆流产患者护理中心理评价及干预的应用效果。方法选取62例先兆流产患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各31例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取心理评价及干预。比较两组干预效果。结果观察组自我护理能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组先兆流产诱发因素、先兆流产危害、饮食、运动认知评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理评价及干预应用于先兆流产患者效果显著,能提高患者自我护理能力,改善不良心理状态,且提高疾病认知度,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological evaluation and intervention in nursingcareof patientswith threatened abortion.Methods 62 patients with threatened abortion were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received psychological evaluation and intervention.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results The self-care ability score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,HAMA and HAMD scores in both groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The induced factors of threatened abortion,the harm of threatened abortion,diet and exercise cognitive scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological evaluation and intervention in patients with threatened abortion has significant effects,can improve patients'self-care ability,improve adverse psychological state,and improve disease cognition degree,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
