心理健康护理妊娠期高血压疾病的应用效果研究

Study on the effect of mental health nursing on hypertensive diseases in pregnancy

目的研究心理健康护理妊娠期高血压疾病的应用效果。方法选取80例妊娠期高血压疾病患者,根据随机抽样法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展心理健康护理。比较两组护理前后负面情绪评分、不良妊娠结局情况及护理满意度。结果护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿窒息、胎儿窘迫、胎盘早剥、产后出血等不良妊娠结局总发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为97.50%,高于对照组的82.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理健康护理应用于妊娠期高血压疾病患者效果显著,可有效改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低不良妊娠结局发生率,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of mental health nursing on hypertensive diseases during pregnancy.Methods 80 hypertensive patients during pregnancy were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random sampling method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing,the observation group carried out mental health nursing.Negative emotion score,adverse pregnancy outcome and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS and SDS scores in both groups were lower than before nursing,and observation group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes such as neonatal asphyxia,fetal distress,placental abruption and postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than that in the control group(25.00%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.50%,higher than that of the control group(82.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mental health nursing in hypertensive diseases in pregnancy has significant effects,which can effectively improve anxiety and depression,reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and improve patients'nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
