Dynamic Equilibrium in Composite Structure:Understanding the Evolution Logic of the Community for the Chinese Nation

对中华民族共同体结构的认知是理解中华民族共同体演进逻辑的重要前提。承载了民族、中华民族与国家三者联系的中华民族共同体是典型的复合结构,在横向结构上表现为个体与共同体的关系,在纵向结构上表现为国家与民族的关系,且在不同层次中呈现出多重的内部关系。理解复合结构内部的多重关系才能理解中华民族共同体的演进存在着一定的逻辑限度,需要在动态中平衡作为主体力量的中国人民(国家性)与作为政治基础的中华民族(民族性)。在这个意义上,中华民族共同体具有中国人民与中华民族的双重属性。在中华民族共同体的演进历程中,塑造并维持复合结构中的动态平衡要从价值(追求统一)—制度(社会主义作为根本制度安排)—实践(基于多元一体原则)三个维度着手,在复合结构中塑造一致性、协调性、协同性的动态平衡。

Acknowledging the structure of the Community for the Chinese Nation is an important prerequisite for understanding its evolution logic.The Community for the Chinese Nation,which bears the connection of the nation,Chinese nation and the state,is a typical composite structure.It is shown as the relationship between individuals and the community at the horizontal level,and the relationship between the stateand the nation at the vertical level,and shows multiple internal relationships at different levels.Understanding the multiple relationships within the composite structure can help us understand the evolution of the Community for the Chinese Nation,which has certain logical limits.We need to balance the Chinese people(stateness)as the main force and the Chinese nation(nationality)as the political basis in a dynamic way.In this sense,the Community for the Chinese Nation has the dual attributes of the Chinese people and the Chinese nation.In the evolution process of the Community for the Chinese Nation,shaping and maintaining dynamic equilibrium in the composite structure should start from three dimensions of value(pursuing unification),institution(socialism as the fundamental system arrangement)and practice(based on pluralistic integration principle),and create dynamic equilibrium of consistency,unity and synergy in the composite structure.
