中国共产党团结带领人民正在以中国式现代化全面推进强国建设、民族复兴。区域实践的先行先试既是大国现代化建设一般规律的现实反映,也是中国式现代化道路探索前进的必然途径。中国式现代化区域实践的先行先试,不仅兼具“政策试点”所固有的理论内涵与其特殊的功能特征,而且遵循现代化时空演进的历史规律,并体现社会主义现代化战略目标的阶段性特征。新时代苏南现代化建设实践是中国式现代化区域实践先行先试的一次有益探索,其示范效应主要体现为通过设立指标体系和制定赋能清单来引领发展方向、明确发展重点、探索发展路径,从而以制度创新和典型案例为全面推进中国式现代化建设开创新模式、打造新样板。新发展阶段,应通过时间维度的修正现代化指标体系、空间维度的加强现代化示范载体建设、制度维度的深化体制机制改革和政策集成,充分发挥中国式现代化区域实践的示范效应,从而推动我国社会主义现代化建设从局部现代化、基本现代化向全面现代化的顺利迈进。

The pioneering and trial of regional practice is a realistic reflection of the general law of modernization of large countries,and it is also an inevitable way to explore and advance the path of Chinese-style modernization.The pioneering and trial of regional practice of Chinese-style modernization not only does it have the inherent theoretical connotation of "policy pilot"and its special functional characteristics,but also follows the historical law of the time-space evolution of modernization,and reflects the phased characteristics of the strategic goal of socialist modernization.The practice of modernization construction in southern Jiangsu in the new era is a beneficial exploration on regional practice of Chinese-style modernization.Its demonstration effect is mainly reflected in leading the development direction,clarifying the development focus,and exploring the development path through establishing indicator system and formulating enabling lists,so as to create a new model and set a new sample for comprehensively promoting the construction of Chinese-style modernization with institutional innovation and typical cases.In the new stage of development,we should give full play to the demonstration effect of regional practice of Chinese-style modernization construction by revising the modernization indicator system in the time dimension,strengthening the construction of modernization demonstration carriers in the space dimension,deepening the reform of institutional mechanisms and policy integration in the institutional dimension,so as to promote the smooth progress of China's socialist modernization from partial modernization,basic modernization to comprehensive modernization.
