床旁即时超声技术在重症医学中的应用

Application of point-of-care ultrasound in critical care medicine

急危重症患者的病情复杂多变,需进行快速而准确的评估。超声技术拥有可视化、无创、便捷且花费低的特点,已被广泛应用于重症医学科的领域,为患者的抢救治疗赢得时间,降低患者的病死率,改善患者预后。本文从床旁超声在重症医学常用领域的特点及临床应用作一综述,并对目前所存在的问题作出总结。

The condition of critically ill patients was complex and changeable,so it needed to be evaluated quickly and accurately.Ultrasound technology had the characteristics of visualization,non-invasive,convenience and low cost,and was widely used in the field of critical care medicine.It could win time for the rescue treatment of patients,reduced the mortality rate of patients and improved the prognosis of patients.In this paper,the characteristics and clinical application of bedside ultrasound in common fields of critical care medicine were expounded,and the existing problems were summarized.
