摘要
针对新建徐汇区康健商品房项目周边环境复杂、场地狭小、施工部署难、工期紧、与构筑物距离近等问题,在施工过程中通过施工工序调整,并采用全自动监测等技术措施,以减少基坑变形,确保基坑及周边环境的安全和稳定。监测结果表明,基坑围护墙体的位移值、周边环境的沉降变形均控制在要求范围内,其经验可供类似工程借鉴。
In view of the complex surrounding environment,narrow site,difficult construction deployment,tight construction period,close distance from structures and other problems of the new Kangjian commercial housing project in Xuhui District,Shanghai,some technical measures such as construction process adjustment and full automatic monitoring are adopted during the construction process to reduce the deformation of foundation pits and ensure the safety and stability of foundation pit and surrounding environment.The monitoring results indicate that the displacement value of the foundation pit retaining wall and the settlement deformation of the surrounding environment are controlled within the required range.Its experience can be used for reference in similar projects.
