软土地区深基坑开挖对邻近浅基础建筑物的保护研究

摘要 软土地区深基坑开挖引起周边土体应力场改变,容易造成邻近建筑物变形过大。以宁波市镇海区一个工程为例,对基坑支护设计阶段的保护措施进行了介绍。后续基坑施工中监测数据表明,采用排桩加1道下挂钢筋混凝土内支撑,结合被动区支墩式水泥搅拌桩加固,密排搅拌桩加高压旋喷桩嵌缝挡桩间漏土的组合保护措施,能减少软土地区周边道路及地面沉降量,有效保护基坑周边浅基础建筑物。 The excavation of deep foundation pits in soft soil areas causes changes in the stress field of surrounding soil.It can easily cause excessive deformation of adjacent buildings.Taking a project in Zhenhai District,Ningbo City as an example,the protection measures during the design stage of foundation pit support are introduced.The monitoring data during the subsequent foundation pit construction shows that the combination protection measures of row piles plus one lower hanging reinforced concrete internal support,pier type concrete mixing pile reinforcement in passive area,prevention of soil leakage among dense row mixing piles plus high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile caulking can reduce the settlement of roads and ground around the soft soil area,and effectively protect shallow foundation buildings around the foundation pit.
