RC柱与钢管混凝土柱的过渡段结构施工技术

摘要 在RC柱与钢管混凝土柱的过渡段转换节点施工过程中,由于处于密闭钢管柱内焊接施工,柱内光线不足、空气不流通,焊接废气难以排出,极易造成工人中毒;且焊接温度非常高,存在工人容易中暑等问题。对该转换节点施工工艺进行了研究,通过预埋型钢、预留杯型通风口后浇混凝土等措施,解决了钢管混凝土柱内光线不足、空气不流通以及温度过高等问题,改善了钢管混凝土柱内操作空间环境,保证了操作工人的安全,提高了施工效率和工程质量。 During the construction process of the transition nodes in transition section between RC columns and concrete-flled steel tube columns,due to the welding construction inside the closed steel tube column,the light inside the column is insufficient,the air is not circulated,and the welding waste gas is difficult to be discharged,which is prone to poisoning for workers.Moreover,the welding temperature is very high,and there are problems such as heatstroke for workers.The construction process of transition nodes is studied,and the measures such as pre-embedded section steel and reserving cup shaped vents before pouring concrete are taken to solve the problems of insufficient light,lack of air circulation,and high temperature inside the concrete-filled steel tube column.The operating space environment inside the concrete-flled steel tube column is improved.It ensures the safety of operators and can improve construction efficiency and ensure project quality.
