摘要
舱室登船装备需要整体附着于大型邮轮船体结构上,而两者安装结合存在结构外形不匹配、变形控制、焊接点位控制等技术难点。针对以上难点进行技术攻关,通过登船装备与大型邮轮结构分析,研发设计了过渡平台架体系统,并通过计算分析和工程应用验证了设计方案的可行性和适用性,以期为未来类似工程提供技术支撑。
The cabin boarding equipment needs to be attached to the large cruise liner hull structure as a whole,and such combined installation between two of them has technical difficulties such as mismatched structural appearance,deformation control,and welding point position control.In response to the above dificulties,technical breakthroughs have been carried out.Through the analysis of boarding equipment and large cruise liner structure,a transition platform frame system is developed and designed.The feasibility and applicability of the design scheme are verified through calculation analysis and engineering applications,in order to provide technical support for similar projects in the future.
