摘要
为了提高群体建筑管网建设效率和水平,同时在群体建筑管网使用和维护期间,保证管网的运行效率和质量,探索了一种以“B+C”结合的管理模式,BIM技术主要解决技术层问题,CIM通过融合建筑群框架模型,解决管理层问题。通过此方法,从技术和管理2个层面,在进度、质量、安全、资料等方面提高了群体建筑管网的建设效率和水平,可为群体建筑市政管网的精细化管理和运行提供新的解决方法。
To improve the efficiency and level of group building pipeline construction,while ensuring the operational efficiency and quality of the pipeline network during its use and maintenance,a"B+c"management mode is explored.BIM technology is used to mainly solve technical layer problems,while CIM is used to solve management layer problems by integrating building group framework models.Through this method,the construction efficiency and level of community building pipeline networks are improved from two levels of technology and management,including progress,quality,safety,and information.It can provide new solutions for the refined management and operation of community building municipal pipeline networks.
