一种中轨自动化输送冲压装置的开发应用 被引量:3

摘要 针对中轨人工作业效率低、产品质量参差不齐等问题,依据现有生产条件、设备及中轨结构特征、技术参数和性能指标之间的关系,按照生产功能划分并介绍切断、定位输送、冲压和收集4个部分。以现有切断和冲压设备为基础,开发含有定位输送、收集功能为一体的中轨自动化冲压输送装置,并对关键部件结构进行分析。通过理论和仿真分析,明确了当推送力大于2.428 N,推送均速达0.5 m/s时,满足克服推送阻力和3 s/个的生产节拍要求,分析了中轨以0.6 m/s速度无摩擦的极端推送工况下产生514 MPa应力和0.08 mm的塑性变形,以及以0.1 m/s终速有摩擦的正常工况下,对中轨产生238 MPa应力和0.005 27 mm的塑性变形,其变形位移极小。通过试验和生产实际应用表明:实现了无人操作生产,提高了生产效率和质量,满足了生产实际需求。 Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and uneven product quality of the middle-rail by manual operation,according to the existing production conditions,equipment and the relationship between the structural characteristics,technical parameters and performance indicators of middle-rail,it is divided into four parts and introduced by production function:cut-off,positioning transport,stamping and collection.Based on the existing cutting and stamping equipment,an automatic middle-rail stamping conveying device with positioning transport and collecting functions is developed,and the structure of key components is analyzed.Through theoretical and simulation analysis,it is clear that when the pushing force is greater than 2.428 N and the average pushing speed reaches 0.5 m/s,it can meet the requirements of overcoming the pushing resistance and 3 s/single production speed.It is analyzed that the middle-rail produces 514 MPa stress and 0.08 mm plastic deformation under the extreme pushing condition of 0.6 m/s without friction,and 238 MPa stress and the minimum displacement of 0.005 27 mm plastic deformation under the normal working condition of 0.1 m/s with friction.The test and practical application show that the unmanned production is realized,the production efficiency and quality are improved,and the actual production needs are met.
