磁性医院管理模式在军队康复疗养中心护理转型发展中的实践与评价

Practice and evaluation of magnetic hospital management mode in nursing transformation and development of a military rehabilitation and recuperation center

目的探讨磁性医院管理模式在军队康复疗养中心护理转型发展中的实践与评价。方法采用方便抽样的方法,选取2020年1月至2021年2月(磁性医院管理模式实施前,100例)、2021年11月至2022年12月(磁性医院管理模式实施后,100例)联勤保障部队北戴河康复疗养中心一线护士作为观察对象,同时选取2020年1月至2021年2月(磁性医院管理模式实施前,528例)、2021年11月至2022年12月(磁性医院管理模式实施后,519例)在联勤保障部队北戴河康复疗养中心疗养的疗养员作为研究对象。比较护士磁性医院管理模式实施前后中文版医院磁性要素量表Ⅱ(EOMⅡ)、中文版护士工作满意度量表(MMSS)及护理质量控制评分,对比疗养员磁性医院管理模式实施前后满意度量表评分。结果最终共200名护士完成研究,实施前100名,实施后100名,研究显示护士磁性医院管理模式实施后EOMⅡ、MMSS及护理质量控制评分均高于实施前(P<0.05)。最终共1047名疗养员完成研究,实施前528名,实施后519名,研究显示疗养员磁性医院管理模式实施后满意度量表评分均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论基于磁性医院管理模式顺应护理转型发展要求,不仅提高了护士和疗养员的满意度,同时提高了护理质量。

Objective To explore the practice and application effect of magnetic hospital management mode in nursing transformation and development of a military rehabilitation and recuperation center.Methods The convenient sampling method was adopted.A total of 100 front-line nurses in the Joint Logistics Support Force,Beidaihe Rehabilitation and Sanitation Center from January 2020 to February 2021(before the implementation of the magnetic hospital management mode),and 100 nurses after its implementation from November 2021 to December 2022 were selected.In addition,528 convalescents in the same institution from January 2020 to February 2021(before the implementation of the magnetic hospital management mode),and 519 convalescents after the implementation from November 2021 to December 2022 were selected as well.The scores of the Essentials of MagnetismⅡScale(EOMⅡ),the McClosky Mueller Satisfaction Scale(MMSS),nursing quality control,and the scores of satisfaction scale for convalescents were compared before and after the implementation of magnetic hospital management mode.Results A total of 200 nurses completed this trial,including 100 before the implementation,and 100 after the implementation.The scores of EOMⅡ,MMSS and nursing quality control after the implementation of the nurse magnetic hospital management mode were significantly higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05).A total of 1047 convalescents completed this trial,including 528 before the implementation and 519 after the implementation.The scores of satisfaction scale of convalescents after the implementation of magnetic hospital management mode were significantly higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The magnetic hospital management mode conforms to the requirements of nursing transformation and development,which not only improves the satisfaction of nurses and convalescents,but also the quality of nursing.
