脑血管病是常见病,也是致残的主要原因之一,其发病受遗传及环境等多种因素共同影响。遗传因素是脑血管病发生的高危因素,其遗传机制尚未完全阐明。本文综述多种基因组学方法在脑血管病的应用,为探究脑血管病的遗传机制提供新的思路。

Cerebrovascular disease is a common disease and one of the main causes of disability,and its incidence is affected by a combination of genetic and environmental factors.Genetic factors are high-risk factors for the development of cerebrovascular disease,and their genetic mechanism has not been fully elucidated.This article reviews the application of various genomics methods in cerebrovascular disease,which provides new ideas for exploring the genetic mechanism of cerebrovascular disease.
