二尖瓣环钙化危险因素及其不良预后

Risk factors and poor prognosis of mitral annulus calcification

随着人口老龄化问题日益严重,二尖瓣环钙化(mitral annulus calcification,MAC)发病率逐年上升,MAC与动脉粥样硬化显著相关,进展到晚期可以并发不良心血管事件及瓣膜的关闭不全和狭窄,影响患者的远期预后。近些年关于MAC的研究逐渐深入,在揭示其危险因素及不良预后等方面取得了一定进展,现对该病的研究进展进行综述。

With the gradual aging of the population,the incidence of mitral annulus calcification(MAC)increases year by year.MAC is significantly related to atherosclerosis,and insufficiency and stenosis of the valve may occur in advanced stages,affecting the long-term prognosis of patients.In recent years,the research on MAC has gradually been deepened,and certain progress has been made in revealing its risk factors and poor prognosis.The paper is a review of the research progress of MAC.
