产后腹直肌分离的超声研究进展

Progress in ultrasonic study of postpartum diastasis recti abdominis

腹直肌分离(diastasis recti abdominis,DRA)指腹白线拉伸、变薄使腹直肌间距(inter-rectus distance,IRD)大于2 cm,最常见于妊娠期和产后妇女,使用高频超声测量IRD已成为测量腹直肌间距的金标准。剪切波弹性成像(shear wave elastography,SWE)有助于定量评估腹直肌和腹白线(linea alba,LA)硬度,提供肌肉筋膜力学特性的变化。近年来,产后DRA的康复治疗中减少IRD与恢复腹白线形态和功能逐渐受到了研究者的重视,本文围绕产后DRA的超声研究进展进行综述,为DRA的临床诊断及治疗康复提供更多有价值的影像学资料。

Diastasis recti abdominis(DRA)refers to the extension and thinning of linea alba of the abdomen with the distance between rectus abdominis(inter-rectus distance,IRD)being more than 2 cm,which is most common in pregnant and postpartum women.The measurement of IRD by high-frequency ultrasound has become the gold standard for measuring the IRD.Shear wave elastography(SWE)is helpful to quantitatively evaluate the hardness of rectus abdominis and linea alba(LA)and provide changes in the mechanical properties of muscle fascia.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to reducing IRD and restoring the shape and function of linea alba in the rehabilitation treatment of postpartum DRA.This paper summarizes the progress of ultrasonic research on postpartum diastasis recti abdominis so as to provide more valuable imaging data for clinical diagnosis,treatment and rehabilitation of DRA.
