腹腔镜手术与药物保守治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效分析

To explore the effcacy of laparoscopic surgery and conservative drug treatment for ectopic pregnancy

目的探究对异位妊娠患者使用腹腔镜手术和药物保守治疗的疗效。方法选取80例异位妊娠患者,根据治疗方法不同分为参照组与手术组,各40例。参照组患者采用药物保守治疗,手术组患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、腹痛及住院时间、治疗前后血人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)变化。结果手术组患者总有效率为97.50%,高于参照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术组患者腹痛时间及住院时间均短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者HCG水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者HCG水平均低于治疗前,且手术组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠患者的疗效比传统药物疗效显著,明显恢复患者身体功能,缩短腹痛时间及住院时间,提升安全性,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy of laparoscopic surgery and conservative drug treatment for ectopic pregnancy.Methods 80 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected and divided into reference group and operation group according to different treatment methods,40 cases each.The reference group received conservative drug treatment,and the operation group received laparoscopic surgery.The clinical efficacy,abdominal pain,length of hospital stay and changes of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the operation group was 97.50%,higher than that of the reference group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of abdominal pain and hospital stay in the operation group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in HCG level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,HCG level in 2 groups was lower than before treatment,and the operation group was lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is more effective than traditional drugs in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy,significantly restoring the physical function of patients,shortening the time of abdominal pain and hospital stay,and improving safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
