优质护理在晚期卵巢癌化疗患者中的应用效果分析

Effect analysis of high-quality nursing in patients with advanced ovarian cancer undergoing chemotherapy

目的探究优质护理在晚期卵巢癌化疗患者护理中的应用及对其心理状态和生活质量的影响。方法选取44例晚期卵巢癌患者,均接受化疗治疗。按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组22例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以优质护理。比较两组患者心理状态、生活质量指标(躯体状况、社会和家庭、情感状况、功能状况及卵巢癌特异模块)。结果护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组SAS评分、SDS评分(48.03±1.87)分、(49.12±0.88)分明显低于对照组的(50.10±2.01)分、(52.31±1.13)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论化疗治疗的晚期卵巢癌患者积极接受优质护理干预,可显著改善患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高生活质量,护理效果突出,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To explore the application of high-quality nursing in nursing of advanced ovarian cancer patients with chemotherapy and its influence on their psychological state and quality of life.Methods 44 patients with advanced ovarian cancer were selected and all received chemotherapy.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 22 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing.Psychological status,quality of life(physical status,social and family status,emotional status,functional status and ovarian cancer specific modules)were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS scores and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and SAS scores and SDS scores of the observation group(48.03±1.87)scores and(49.12±0.88)scores were significantly lower than those of the control group(50.10±2.01)scores and(52.31±1.13)scores,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The life quality scores of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Advanced ovarian cancer patients treated with chemotherapy actively accept high-quality nursing intervention,which can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of patients,improve the quality of life,and the nursing effect is outstanding,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
