人性化护理在妇产科手术室中的应用效果

Application effect of humanized nursing in obstetrics and gynecology operating room

目的调查并分析妇产科手术室患者应用人性化护理的效果。方法选取102例妇产科手术患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组51例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受人性化护理。对比两组患者的应用效果。结果观察组患者手术配合度94.12%高于对照组的76.47%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术中观察组患者的心率、舒张压、收缩压水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总舒适度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科手术室应用人性化护理,可以在一定程度上提升患者对手术的配合度和舒适度,稳定其术后各项指标,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of humanized nursing in obstetrics and gynecology operating room.Methods 102 patients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.Patients in control group received routine nursing,and patients in observation group received humanized nursing.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The operative cooperation of observation group was 94.12%higher than that of control group(76.47%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total comfort of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing in the operating room of obstetrics and gynecology can improve the cooperation and comfort of patients for surgery to a certain extent,and stabilize their postoperative indicators,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
