摘要
目的分析连贯性护理健康教育联合心理干预宫颈炎患者的意义。方法选取80例宫颈炎患者,根据抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用心理干预,观察组在心理干预的基础上联合连贯性护理健康教育。对比两组负性情绪、炎性因子、并发症发生情况及复发率。结果观察组医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)-A、HADS-D及恐惧疾病进展量表(FoP-Q-SF)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率10.00%低于对照组的27.50%,复发率12.50%低于对照组的42.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连贯性护理健康教育联合心理干预能够缓解宫颈炎患者的负性情绪,减少炎症刺激因素,降低并发症发生率与复发率。
Objective To analyze the significance of continuous nursing health education combined with psychological intervention in patients with cervicitis.Methods 80 cases of cervicitis were selected and divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group received psychological intervention,the observation group combined with continuous nursing health education on the basis of psychological intervention,and compared the negative emotional impact,inflammatory factors,complications and recurrence of the two groups.Results The scores of HADS-A,HADS-D and FoP-Q-SF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-4,hs-CRP and TNF-αin observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 10.00%lower than that of the control group(27.50%),and the recurrence rate was 12.50%lower than that of the control group(42.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing and health education combined with psychological intervention can alleviate the negative emotions of patients with cervicitis,reduce inflammatory stimuli,and reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence.
