运动疗法联合心理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者护理质量的影响研究

Effect of exercise therapy combined with psychological intervention on nursing quality of gestational diabetes mellitus patients

目的探讨运动疗法联合心理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者护理质量的影响。方法选取30例妊娠期糖尿病患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各15例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施运动疗法联合心理干预。比较两组干预效果。结果干预后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于干预前,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组羊水过多率、早产率、巨大儿率、新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运动疗法联合心理干预应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者中,可有效降低患者血糖水平,减轻负性情绪,利于提高妊娠结局,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of exercise therapy combined with psychological intervention on nursing quality of gestational diabetes mellitus patients.Methods 30 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into control group and observation group(15 cases each)according to random drawing method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received exercise therapy combined with psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention efect of the two groups was compared.Results Ater intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and HBAlc in both groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in both groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rates of hyperamniotic fluid,preterm birth,macrosomia and neonatal respiratory distress syndrome in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise therapy combined with psychological intervention in patients with gestational diabetes can effectively reduce the blood sugar level of patients,alleviate negative emotions,and improve the pregnancy outcome,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
