宫颈癌腹腔镜手术护理中快速康复外科理念的临床成效

Clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical concept in laparoscopic nursing of cervical cancer

目的探讨宫颈癌腹腔镜手术护理中采用快速康复外科理念干预的临床效果。方法选取60例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。所有患者均接受腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组患者采取常规护理干预,观察组患者采取快速康复外科理念干预。比较两组术后恢复情况、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组肛门首次排气、首次下床活动、正常进食、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组切口感染、出血、尿潴留等术后并发症总发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术护理满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念应用于宫颈癌腹腔镜术中,可明显加快患者的恢复速度,降低术后并发症发生率,有助于提升患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery in laparoscopic nursing of cervical cancer.Methods60 patients with cervical cancer were selected as research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.All patients received laparoscopic surgery,the control group took routine nursing intervention,the observation group took rapid rehabilitation surgery concept intervention.The postoperative recovery,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first anal exhaust,getting out of bed,normal eating and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications such as incision infection,bleeding and urinary retention in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of operation nursing in the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 76.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in cervical cancer laparoscopic surgery can significantly accelerate the recovery speed of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and help to improve patients'nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
