早期胃癌研究热点及趋势的可视化分析

Visualization analysis of research hotspots and trends in early gastric cancer

目的探讨早期胃癌发表文献的特点及发展规律,分析该领域的研究前沿及热点。方法以主题“Early gastric cancer”在Web of Science的核心合集数据库中检索2002年1月—2022年10月的英文文献。应用CiteSpace 5.7.R5对文献进行可视化分析,研究作者、机构、国家等发文量的情况及分布特征,探索该领域研究的高频关键词。结果共获得文献3505篇,结果显示发文量较多的国家为韩国及日本;发文量最多的机构是韩国的延世大学,在日本则是日本国立癌症研究中心,中国则以上海交通大学为主;发文量最多的作者是YONG CHAN LEE。早期胃癌相关的早期研究以外科手术为主,此后对于内镜下治疗的研究逐渐增多。目前研究集中在内镜治疗的临床结局及长期预后。结论早期胃癌的早期研究主要围绕外科手术以及内镜治疗的安全性及可行性开展,此后内镜治疗相应临床结局逐渐成为研究的热点。目前及未来的热点为老年患者内镜下黏膜剥离术相关的适应证及结局,以及人工智能在早期胃癌中的应用。

Objective To explore the characteristics and development rules of published literatures on early gastric cancer,and to analyze the research frontiers and hotspots in this field.Methods Taking"Early gas cancer"as the theme,the English literatures from January 2002 to October 2022 in the core collection database of Web of Science were retrieved.CiteSpace 5.7.R5 was to perform visualization analysis for literatures,the condition and distribution characteristics of authors,institutions and countries were studied,and the high-frequency keywords for researches in this field were explored.ResultsA total of 3,505 literatures were obtained,and the results showed that the countries with the great number of publications were South Korea and Japan;the institution with the highest number of publications was Yonsei University in South Korea,and that was the Japanese National Cancer Research Center in Japan and Shanghai Jiaotong University in China;the author with the highest number of publications was YONG CHAN LEE.Early researches related to early gastric cancer mainly focused on surgeries,and since then,researches on endoscopic treatment had gradually increased.At present,the researches focused on the clinical outcomes and long-term prognosis of endoscopic treatment.Conclusion The early research hotspots of early gastric cancer mainly conduct around the safety and feasibility of surgical procedures and endoscopic treatment,and the corresponding clinical outcomes of endoscopic treatment have gradually become research hotspots.The current and future hotspots are the indications and outcomes related to endoscopic mucosal dissection in elderly patients as well as the application of artificial intelligence in early gastric cancer.
