Research progress on risk prediction models for enteral nutrition-associated diarrhea

腹泻是肠内营养治疗期间最常见的并发症之一,明确肠内营养腹泻的风险因素,构建风险预测模型,对肠内营养患者实施早期腹泻风险预警管理具有十分重要的意义。本文检索国内外关于肠内营养腹泻风险预测模型的文献,从构建方法、评价指标、优势及局限等方面进行归纳总结,旨在推动肠内营养相关性腹泻风险预测工具的构建,促进临床风险预警管理措施的落实。

Diarrhea is one of the most common complications during enteral nutrition treatment.It is of great significance to clarify the risk factors of diarrhea in enteral nutrition,build a risk prediction model,and implement early warning management of diarrhea risk in patients with enteral nutrition.This paper summarized the construction methods,evaluation indicators,advantages and limitations and other aspects by searching the literature on the risk prediction model of enteral nutrition-associated diarrhea at home and abroad,so as to promote the construction of the risk prediction model of enteral nutrition-associated diarrhea and promote the implementation of clinical risk early warning management measures.
