骨化三醇胶丸对2型糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者Hcy、Cys-C等水平的影响

Effects of Calcitriol Capsules on Levels of Hcy and Cys-C in Patients with Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy in Stage Ⅳ

目的探讨骨化三醇胶丸对2型糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)、血清β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)水平的影响。方法按随机数表法将2020年6月至2022年6月本院收治的85例2型糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者分为两组。对照组(42例)口服贝那普利片治疗,研究组(43例)在对照组基础上加用骨化三醇胶丸治疗,对比两组临床疗效及Hcy、Cys-C、β2-MG、视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)水平和不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后Hcy、Cys-C、β2-MG、RBP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者应用骨化三醇胶丸治疗可有效改善Hcy、Cys-C、β2-MG、RBP水平,且用药安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effects of calcitriol capsules on serum homocysteine(Hcy),serum cystatin C(Cys-C),serumβ2 microglobulin(β2-MG)and retinol-binding protein(RBP)levels in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy in stage Ⅳ.Methods 85 patients with stage Ⅳ type 2 diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were divided into two groups according to random number table method.42 patients in the control group were treated with oral benazepril tablets,and 43 patients in the study group were treated with calcitriol capsules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,Hcy,Cys-C,β2-MG,retinol-binding protein(RBP)levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of Hcy,Cys-C,β2-MG and RBP in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Calcitriol capsules can effectively improve the levels of Hcy,Cys-C,β2-MG and RBP in type 2 diabetic nephropathy stage Ⅳ patients,with high safety.
