高职扩招背景下社招人员的育训机制探索与研究

高职扩招政策的实施,使更多的社会人员选择到高职院校接受教育,这就需要高职院校建立起适合社招人员的育训机制,以提高他们的学业水平和职业竞争力。文章在高职扩招背景分析的基础上,明确了社招生的特征和高职院校面临的挑战,提出了制定个性化人才培养方案、加强“顾问+班主任”模式的学生管理、建立优质师资队伍等有效的社招人员育训机制。

The implementation of the policy of higher vocational enrollment expansion has made more social workers choose to receive education in higher vocational colleges and universities,which requires higher vocational colleges and universities to establish a training mechanism suitable for social workers in order to improve their academic level and vocational competitiveness.Based on the analysis of the background of higher vocational enrollment expansion,this article clarifies the characteristics of social enrollment and the challenges faced by higher vocational colleges and universities,and puts forward the effective mechanisms for social enrollment education and training,such as the formulation of personalized talent cultivation programs,the strengthening of student management in the mode of"advisor+supervisor",the establishment of high-quality teaching staff,and so on.
