胶东红色文化融入高校思想政治工作的路径研究

胶东地区丰富的红色文化资源可以成为高校做好思想政治工作的重要动力,但二者融合过程中存在融合意识不强、融合载体单一、馆校互动不畅、应用场景受限、受众接受不佳等问题。立足胶东地区的丰富红色文化资源,可以通过构建协同育人机制、打造师德培训新模式、营造情景体验新氛围和建立红色文化传播新格局等方式方法,将胶东红色文化全方位融入高校学生思政教育、教师师德涵养和校园文化建设之中,更好地弘扬胶东红色文化、传承红色基因。

The rich red cultural resources of Jiaodong region can be an important driving force for universities to do ideological and political work well,but there are difficulties in the process of integrating the two,such as weak awareness of integration,single integration carrier,poor interaction between libraries and schools,limited application scenarios,and poor acceptance by the audience.Based on the rich red cultural resources of Jiaodong region,the red culture of Jiaodong can be integrated into the ideological and political education for college students,teachers'morality and campus culture construction in an all-round way by building a collaborative educating mechanism,creating a new mode of teachers’morality training,creating a new atmosphere of situational experience,and establishing a new pattern of red culture dissemination,so as to better promote the red culture of Jiaodong and inherit the red genes.
