在房建工程建设和运营过程中,一些项目的地下车库由于防水建材基层容易出现开裂、局部容易破损、后期容易老化收缩以及施工工艺不成熟等因素导致渗水漏水等质量问题。为此,以杭州大源安置房为背景,地下室顶板、底板和侧墙都采用“KS-520非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料+CKS高聚物改性沥青防水卷材”新型组合式防水系统,能有效防止防水层开裂失效和窜水情况发生,有效提高地下车库整体防水效果,加快施工进度,降低施工成本,具有示范意义。

In the process of construction and operation of housing projects,some projects underground garage is prone to cracking,local break,aging and shrinkage and immature construction techniques which lead to water seepage and leakage and other quality problems,due to waterproofing building materials grass-roots level.Therefore,with Hangzhou Dayuan resettlement housing as the background,“KS-520 non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating+CKS polymer modified asphalt waterproofing roll-roofing”,the new combined waterproof system,are used on the basement roof,floor and side walls.It can effectively prevent the waterproof layer cracking and failure and scuttling of water,and effectively improve the overall waterproofing of the underground garage,speed up the construction progress,and reduce construction costs,which has demonstration significance.
