摘要
就业是最大的民生,做好高校毕业生就业工作是教育领域的“国之大者”,做实做细就业指导服务是促进毕业生高质量充分就业的重要环节。文章结合四川省就业质量和就业意向情况调查,参考麦可思大学毕业生培养质量跟踪评价报告,梳理出当前高校就业指导服务工作存在多元主体合力不足、顶层设计体系不全、分类定向载体不多、师生党员作用不够等问题,并基于系统分析角度,提出开展就业指导进支部、进宿舍、进家庭、进云端、进课堂、进企业的“六进”工作模式,为高校高质量开展就业指导服务提供现实路径。
Employment is a critical issue affecting the livelihoods of individuals and society as a whole.Ensuring high-quality and full employment of college graduates is the“national greatness"in the field of education.To this end,providing practical and comprehensive employment guidance services is crucial.Drawing on the results of a survey on employment quality and intention in Sichuan Province and the report of tracking evaluation of college graduates educating quality by MyCOS,this article identifies several challenges facing current employment guidance services in colleges and universities.These include insufficient collaboration among multiple subjects,incomplete top-level design systems,shortages of classified and directional carriers,and inadequate engagement of members of teachers and students who are CPC(Communist Party of China)members.The article proposes a“Six-Enter"working mode of employment guidance services,which entails services entering the CPC branches,dormitories,families,online platforms,classrooms,and enterprises based on a systematic analysis,to offer a feasible approach for colleges and universities to conduct high-quality employment guidance services.
