摘要
在粤港澳大湾区蓬勃发展的背景下,本文对308名在穗就读的港澳籍大学生在大湾区内地城市就业的意向开展问卷调查,通过分析学生的就业认知概况和择业影响因素概括其面临的问题,从而寻求解决对策。研究发现,61.0%学生愿意在大湾区内地城市就业,其中45.2%学生倾向于选择稳定性高的职业;学生选择在大湾区就业时主要考虑经济收入、发展前景、个人兴趣爱好这些因素。学生存在对就业政策不了解、担心就业保障制度不完善、职业规划不清晰、社会关系缺乏等突出问题,因此本研究建议从传播、政策、教育、情感层面构建港澳籍大学生多层次就业创业服务体系。
Against the background of the booming development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey on the employment intentions of 308 students from Hong Kong and Macao studying in the mainland cities of the Greater Bay Area.By analyzing the students'employment cognition and influencing factors,the paper summarized the difficulties they faced,so as to seek solutions.The study found that 61%of students were willing to work in mainland cities in the Greater Bay Area,and 45.2%of them preferred to choose occupations with high stability.The main factors that students consider when choosing a job in the Greater Bay Area are financial income,development prospects and personal interests.Students have some prominent problems,such as lack of understanding of employment policies,worries about the imperfect employment security system,unclear career planning and lack of social relations.Therefore,this study proposes to construct a multi-level employment and entrepreneurship service system for college students from Hong Kong and Macao from the aspects of communication,policy,education and emotion.
