农村基层党建引领农村相对贫困治理具有丰富的理论来源、厚重的历史根基和坚实的现实基础,是马克思主义反贫困理论的内在要求,是中国共产党扶贫实践的内生赓续,是新时代党提升长期执政能力的现实诉求。新发展阶段,要构建农村基层党建引领的协同网络体系,探索多元党建模式,提升基层党组织治理能力,在尊重农村现代化规律前提下推动农村相对贫困治理,为促进实现农村共同富裕奠定基础。

Rural grass-roots Party building leading rural relative poverty management has rich theoretical sources,heavy historical foundation and solid practical basis,which is the internal requirements of Marxist anti-poverty theory,the internal succession of the Communist Party of China s poverty alleviation practice,and the realistic demands of the Party to improve its long-term governance ability in the new era.In the new development stage,it is necessary to build a collaborative network system led by rural grass-roots Party building,explore multiple Party building modes,improve the governance ability of grass-roots Party organizations,and promote the governance of rural relative poverty under the premise of respecting the law of rural modernization,so as to lay a foundation for promoting the realization of common prosperity in rural areas.
