摘要
基于J校大健康专业群456名在校学生就业观问卷调查,对样本基本情况和后疫情时代大学生的就业态度、就业规划、就业期望等进行描述性统计分析,运用交叉表卡方检验进行不同组别之间的差异性比较和相关性分析,并从社会、学校、家庭和学生层面深入分析学生就业观形成的主要原因。
Based on the questionnaire survey of 456 students from the health major group of higher vocational J College,this paper makes a descriptive statistical analysis of the basic situation of the sample and the employment attitude,employment planning and employment expectation of college students in the post-epidemic era,and uses cross-tabulation chi-square test to compare the differences and analyze the correlation among different groups.The main reasons for the formation of students employment view are analyzed from the perspectives of society,school,family and students.
