冷刀锥切术和环形电切术对高级别宫颈上皮内瘤变患者远期复发率的影响

The influence of cold knife conization and circular electric resection on the long-term recurrence rate of patients with high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

目的:分析冷刀锥切术和环形电切术对高级别宫颈上皮内瘤变患者远期复发率的影响。方法:选取本院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的100例高级别宫颈上皮内瘤变患者为研究对象,以乱数字法分为两组各50例。电切组采取环形电切术治疗,锥切组采取冷刀锥切术治疗,术后随访18个月,比较两组患者近远期临床疗效差异。结果:电切组围手术期指标、并发症总发生率、随访18个月时的生存质量评分以及复发率均优于锥切组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高级别宫颈上皮内瘤变治疗中环形电切术的远期复发率低于冷刀锥切术,可作为优选治疗手段推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the effects of cold knife conization and circular electrosurgical resection on the long-term recurrence rate of patients with high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods:A total of 100 patients with high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group by random number method.The electric resection group was treated with circular electric resection,and the conization group was treated with cold knife conization.The postoperative follow-up was 18 months to compare the short-term and long-term clinical efficacy differences between the two groups.Results:The perioperative indicators,total incidence of complications,quality of life score at 18 months of follow-up,and recurrence rate in the electric resection group were better than those in the conization group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,the long-term recurrence rate of circular electrosurgical resection is lower than that of cold knife conization,and it can be promoted as a preferred treatment.
