地面区域水害治理技术在赵固一矿的应用

摘要 为了解决赵固一矿18采区煤层底板灰岩含水层水害威胁,在传统的井下注浆堵水技术基础上,结合地面定向水平孔技术,提出了煤层底板水害地面区域超前治理技术,介绍了赵固一矿二1煤底板L8灰岩地面区域水害治理方案,总结了施工过程中的钻孔和注浆关键技术及其实施过程。采用分支孔“跳孔”注浆技术,在治理区域共注浆43次,注入干料94277.30 t,水泥33317.70 t,黏土46892 m^(3)。区域水害治理施工参数能够较好地反映底板灰岩改性加固效果,在两侧分支孔注浆施工后,中间孔每米注入干料和钻孔单位吸水率均大幅减小,表明前序孔通过注浆施工后,已经对该孔附近的裂隙进行了一定程度的充填和加固,地层的渗透性明显降低,间接验证注浆效果。探孔作业结果表明,应用地面区域水害治理技术已将L8灰岩改造成了弱含水层,治理效果良好。研究成果可为赵固一矿及其他矿区煤层底板含水层治理提供依据。 In order to solve the threat of water disaster of limestone aquifer of coal seam floor in the 18th mining area of Zhaogu No.1 Mine,an advanced surface treatment technology of regional water disaster in coal seam floor was proposed by combining the advanced ground oriented horizontal hole technology with the traditional underground grouting and water blocking technology.The paper introduced the regional advanced surface treatment scheme of water disaster in L8 limestone floor of No.2_(-1),coal seam in Zhaogu No.1 Mine,and the key technologies and construction process of drilling and grouting were summarized.Using skip hole grouting techniques with branch boreholes,a total of 43 times of grouting were conducted in the treated area with 94277.30 t dry material injected.The consumed raw materials of cement and clay were 33317.70 t and 46892 m^(3) respectively.The construction parameters of regional water disaster could greatly reflect the effectiveness of modification and reinforcement for limestone in coal seam floor.The dry material injected per meter in the middle hole and the unit water absorption of the drillhole were significantly decreased after the branch holes on both sides were grouted.This indicated that the fractures near the previous hole had been filled and reinforced to a certain extent after grouting construction and the permeability of the formation had been significantly reduced,which indirectly verified the grouting effect.The results of exploratory borehole operation showed that the L8 limestone had been transformed into a weak aquifer by applying the reginal advanced surface treatment technology and the effect of water control was good.The research results could provide a basis for the treatment of coal seam floor aquifers in Zhaogu No.1 Mine and other mining areas.
