一测多评法同时测定小儿感冒宁糖浆中8种成分的含量

Simultaneous Determination of Eight Constituents in Xiao'er Ganmaoning Sirup(小儿感冒宁糖浆)by QAMS

目的:建立同时测定小儿感冒宁糖浆中8种成分含量的一测多评法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Waters XSelect HSS T3 C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 m L/min;柱温为30℃;检测波长为227、327 nm。以黄芩苷为内标物,建立绿原酸、栀子苷、牛蒡苷、连翘苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素与内标物的相对校正因子(f)和相对保留时间,以测定其他7种成分的含量。结果:8种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 1),平均加样回收率为94.86%~101.19%;RSD为0.74%~1.88%。一测多评法所得结果与外标法的测定值间无明显差异。结论:该方法简单准确,可用于小儿感冒宁糖浆的质量控制。

Objective:To establish a quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker(QAMS)method for the simultaneous determination of eight constituents in Xiao'er Ganmaoning Sirup.Methods:Waters XSelect HSS T3 C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used as the chromatographic column.A mobile phase was methanol-0.2%phosphoric acid in a gradient elution manner,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the temperature of column was 30℃,and detection wavelengths were set at 227,327 nm.With baicalin as the internal standard,the relative correction factor(f)and relative retention time of chlorogenic acid,geniposide,arctiin,phillyrin,wogonoside,baicalein,wogonin and internal standard were established to determine the content of the other seven constituents.Results:Eight constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9991),and the average recoveries were 94.86%-101.19%.The RSD was 0.74%~1.88%.There was no significant difference between the results obtained by the QAMS method and the measured values by the external standard method.Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Xiao'er Ganmaoning Sirup.
