恒古骨伤愈合剂内外联动治疗膝骨关节炎30例临床观察

30 Cases Clinical Study on Osteoking for Internal and External Use in Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:评价恒古骨伤愈合剂口服结合中医定向透药治疗膝骨关节炎肝肾亏虚证的临床疗效。方法:选取膝骨关节炎肝肾亏虚证患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为口服组、透药组、联合组各30例。口服组患者予恒古骨伤愈合剂口服治疗,透药组予恒古骨伤愈合剂中医定向透药治疗,联合组予以恒古骨伤愈合剂口服结合中医定向透药治疗。3组均以12 d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。评价患者治疗前后膝关节的疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分、中医证候评分,检测治疗前后血清白介素-6(IL-6)、IL-1、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,并评价临床疗效。结果:联合组总有效率高于口服组及透药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3组患者中医证候评分、WOMAC评分、VAS评分、血清IL-6水平、血清IL-1水平、血清TNF-α水平均降低(P<0.05),联合组患者治疗后中医证候评分、WOMAC评分、VAS评分、血清IL-6水平、血清IL-1水平、血清TNF-α水平均低于口服组及透药组(P<0.05)。结论:恒古骨伤愈合剂口服结合中医定向透药治疗膝骨关节炎肝肾亏虚证有较好疗效,可减轻膝关节疼痛,改善关节功能,提高膝关节活动度,降低炎症因子水平。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Osteoking oral use and Traditional Chinese Medicine directional permeation on knee osteoarthritis(KOA)of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods:Totally 90 KOA patients of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome were divided into oral use group,permeation group and combination group according to random number table.The oral use group was given oral Osteoking.The permeation group was given TCM directional permeation of Osteoking.And the combination group was given Osteoking by taking orally uniting with TCM directional penetration.The three groups were treated for 12 days as one course of treatment,with two courses of treatment.The VAS score,WOMAC score,TCM syndrome score were evaluated,and the serum IL-6,IL-1 and TNF-αwere analyzed before and after treatment.The therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results:The combination group showed higher total effective rate than oral use group and the permeation group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score,WOMAC score,VAS score,serum IL-6,serum IL-1 and serum TNF-αdecreased after treatment in three groups(P<0.05).And the combination group showed lower TCM syndrome score,WOMAC score,VAS score,serum IL-6,serum IL-1 and serum TNF-αthan oral use group and the permeation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Osteoking oral use and TCM directional penetration shows good effect on knee osteoarthritis of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.It can significantly relieved knee pain,improve knee joint function,enhance knee flexibility and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
