中医干预心肌缺血再灌注损伤进展的CiteSpace知识图谱分析

Progress in Traditional Chinese Medicine Intervention on Myocardial Ischemia-Reperfusion Injury by CiteSpace Knowledge Graph Analysis

目的:基于Cite Space软件绘制知识图谱,分析中医干预心肌缺血再灌注损伤(MIRI)的研究现状与进展,预测发展趋势。方法:检索中国知网、Web of Science核心库从建库至2022年9月2日发表的以中医为主题干预MIRI的相关文献。文献筛选后绘制中文文献、英文文献发文量折线图,分析中文文献、英文文献的研究热度及趋势。利用Cite Space 6.1.R.3软件绘制知识图谱,对作者、机构、关键词进行分析。结果:最终纳入中文文献409篇,英文文献126篇。中、英文研究热度分别从2000年和2011年开始上升;其中田岳凤、WANG Y分别是中文文献、英文文献发文量最多的作者;湖南中医药大学、中国医学科学院分别为发表中文文献、英文文献发文量最多的机构;中文文献、英文文献关键词分析表明目前中医干预MIRI的热点研究主要集中在中医药干预方式和中医药作用机制两方面,中药单体/提取物、针灸是中医药干预方式的研究热点,信号通路、蛋白表达、细胞凋亡是中医药作用机制的研究热点。结论:中医治疗MIRI的研究主要涉及干预方法与作用机制两类,且干预方法多样、作用机制复杂;目前干预措施的研究热点为中药提取物、针灸等,作用机制的研究热点为信号通路、基因调控、蛋白表达等。

Objective:Based on the knowledge graph drawn by CiteSpace software,to analyze the research status and progress of traditional Chinese medicine intervention on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(MIRI),and to predict the development trend.Methods:The relevant literatures about intervention of MIRI with the theme of traditional Chinese medicine published by(CNKI)and Web of Science(WOS)were searched from the establishment of the database to September 2,2022.After literature screening,the volume of published articles in Chinese and English was drawn,and the research trend of Chinese and English literature was analyzed.CiteSpace 6.1.R.3 software was used to draw knowledge graph,and make an in-depth analysis of the author,institution and key words.Results:Finally,409 Chinese literatures and 126 English literatures were included.The popularity of Chinese research and English research has increased since 2000 and 2011 respectively,among which TIAN Yuefeng and WANG Y are the authors with the largest number of papers published in Chinese and English respectively.Hunan University of Chinese Medicine and Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences are the institutions that publish the largest number of Chinese and English documents,respectively.The analysis of Chinese and English keywords shows that the current hot research on TCM intervention in MIRI is mainly focused on the intervention mode of traditional Chinese medicine and the action mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine,and that the monomer/extract of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture are the research hotspots,while signal pathway,protein expression and apoptosis are the research hotspots of the mechanism.Conclusion:Studies on the treatment of MIRI by traditional Chinese medicine mainly involve two types of intervention methods and mechanism of action.The intervention methods are diverse and the mechanism of action is complex.At present,the research hotspots of intervention measures include traditional Chinese medicine extract,acupuncture and moxibustion and the research hotspots of the mechanism of action include signaling pathway,gene regulation,protein expression.
