明清时期芜湖地区中医药事业发展研究

Research on the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Wuhu Area During the Ming and Qing Dynasties

以明清时期的芜湖城区史料为研究对象,探究地方中医药事业的发展情况。明清时期,芜湖地区中医药事业总体呈稳定上升趋势,主要体现在4个方面:其一,地方重视医士的培养,教育获得途径多样,且医者重视自身品德修养;其二,医士大力编撰医学书籍,分享个人临证经验;其三,官民结合建立医卫机构,投身于地方防疫工作、医药慈善事业中;其四,中药贸易空前繁荣,本地药号鳞次栉比。

Based on the historical data of Wuhu urban area from Ming Dynasty to Qing Dynasty,this paper explored the development of local Chinese medicine.During the Ming and Qing dynasties,the cause of traditional Chinese medicine in Wuhu showed a steady upward trend,which was mainly reflected in four aspects.Firstly,local governments attached importance to the cultivation of doctors and nurses,and there were various ways to obtain education.Doctors attached importance to their own moral cultivation.Secondly,medical practitioners vigorously compiled medical books and shared personal clinical experience.Thirdly,the government and the civilians combine to established medical and health institutions and devoted themselves to local epidemic prevention and medical charity.Last but not least,the trade of traditional Chinese medicine was unprecedentedly prosperous,and the number of local medicines was row upon row.
