This paper expounded the contents of the popularization of health preservation in the Song Dynasty.It is believed that the Song Dynasty was a period of rapid development in the popularization of health preservation in China.The popularization of health preservation mainly manifested in the diversity of health preservation subjects,diversity of health preservation methods,and accessibility of health preservation knowledge.It was mainly influenced by strong political impetus,rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry,significant improvement of the status of doctors,and the penetration of Taoist ideology into people's hearts.Faced with the key and difficult points in the construction of today's"Healthy China",the popularization of health preservation in the Song Dynasty has important learning and reference significance for the country,society,and individuals,including refining the main body of health preservation,adding health preservation methods,and expanding communication channels.
