高频超声介入与传统封闭治疗类风湿性关节炎对关节病变及炎症反应的影响

Effect of High-frequency Ultrasound Intervention and Traditional Blocking Treatment on Arthropathy and Inflammatory Reaction in Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:探究高频超声介入与传统封闭治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)对关节病变及炎症反应的影响。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年1月龙岩人民医院收治的64例RA患者,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各32例。对照组采用传统封闭治疗,试验组采用高频超声介入治疗。比较两组临床疗效、关节相关指标及炎症因子水平。结果:试验组总有效率为93.75%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月,两组关节滑膜厚度、压痛关节数(TJC)、肿胀关节数(SJC)较治疗前显著降低,晨僵时间较治疗前显著缩短,且试验组关节滑膜厚度、TJC、SJC均明显低于对照组,晨僵时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)较治疗前显著降低,且试验组TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高频超声介入治疗RA整体效果较传统封闭治疗更明显,可有效改善类风湿性关节相关指标、减轻关节病变,同时改善炎症因子水平。

Objective:To explore the effect of high-frequency ultrasound intervention and traditional blocking treatment on Arthropathy and inflammatory reaction in rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Method:A total of 64 RA patients admitted to Longyan People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected,they were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional block treatment,and the experimental group was treated with high-frequency ultrasound interventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,joint related indexes and levels of inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of experimental group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than 75.00%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 month after treatment,joint synovial thickness,number of tender joints(TJC),and number of swollen joints(SJC)of the two groups were significantly reduced compared to before treatment,the morning rigor time was significantly shortened compared to before treatment,and joint synovial thickness,TJC,and SJC of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the morning rigor time was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 month after treatment,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,and TNF-α,IL-1βand IL-6 in experimental group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall effect of high-frequency ultrasound intervention treatment for RA is more obvious than that of traditional block treatment,which can effectively improve rheumatoid joint related indicators,reduce arthropathy,and improve the level of inflammatory factors.
