疏肝利胆汤联合腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石的效果

Effect of Shugan Lidan Decoction Combined with Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy on the Treatment of Cholecystolithiasis

目的:分析疏肝利胆汤联合腹腔镜胆囊切除术对胆囊结石患者治疗效果、炎症反应和疼痛水平的影响。方法:选取2020年6月-2022年6月连云港市中医院普外科收治的102例胆囊结石患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各51例。对照组采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上联合疏肝利胆汤治疗。比较两组术前1 d、术后3 d肝功能指标、炎症反应指标、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及临床相关指标。结果:术前1 d,两组肝功能指标、炎症指标及VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后3 d,两组肝功能指标水平均高于术前1 d,炎症指标水平均低于术前1 d,对照组VAS评分高于术前1 d,观察组肝功能指标、炎症指标、VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后首次排气时间、下床时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝利胆汤联合腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊结石的效果较好,能降低炎症指标水平,同时有效缓解术后疼痛感,在此基础上,提升患者术后恢复速度。

Objective:To analyze the effects of Shugan Lidan Decoction combined with laparoscopic cholecystectomy on the therapeutic effect,inflammatory response and pain level of patients with cholecystolithiasis.Method:A total of 102 patients with cholecystolithiasis admitted to the General Surgery Department of Lianyungang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,while the observation group was treated with Shugan Lidan Decoction on the basis of control group.The liver function indicators,inflammatory response indicators,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at 1 d before surgery and 3 d after surgery and clinical related indicators between the two groups were compared.Result:At 1 d before surgery,there were no statistically significant differences in liver function indicators,inflammatory indicators,and VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 d after surgery,the levels of liver function indicators in both groups were higher than 1 d before surgery,while the levels of inflammatory indicators were lower than 1 d before surgery,the VAS score in the control group was higher than 1 d before surgery,the liver function indicators,inflammation indicators,and VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first postoperative exhaust time,bedtime of the observation group were earlier than those of the control group,and hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Shugan Lidan Decoction and laparoscopic cholecystectomy is effective in treating patients with cholecystolithiasis,which can reduce the level of inflammatory indicators and effectively alleviate postoperative pain.On this basis,it can improve the postoperative recovery speed of patients.
