脑电仿生电刺激仪联合认知功能训练对脑瘫患儿的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探析脑电仿生电刺激仪联合认知功能训练对脑瘫患儿的影响。方法:选择2021年1月-2022年4月在福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院接受诊疗的82例脑瘫患儿,采取随机数表法将患儿分为对照组、观察组,各41例。对照组给予常规康复训练联合认知功能训练,观察组在对照组基础上联合脑电仿生电刺激仪治疗。比较两组治疗效果及治疗后运动功能、认知发育、智力发育方面改善程度。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组粗大运动功能量表(GMFM-88)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组GMFM-88评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组全量表智商(FIQ)、操作智商(PIQ)、言语智商(VIQ)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组上述各项指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组婴幼儿智力发育量表(CDCC)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组CDCC评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑瘫患儿应用脑电仿生电刺激仪联合认知功能训练,能够提高脑瘫患儿的治疗效果,促进患儿康复。 Objective:To explore the effects of EEG biomimetic electrical stimulator combined with cognitive function training on children with cerebral palsy.Method:A total of 82 children with cerebral palsy who received diagnosis and treatment in the Third People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method,the children were divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training combined with cognitive function training,and the observation group was treated with EEG biomimetic electrical stimulator on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups and the degree of improvement in motor function,cognitive development,and intellectual development after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the gross motor function measure scale(GMFM-88)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the GMFM-88 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of full scale intelligence quotient(FIQ),performatnce intelligence quotient(PIQ),and verbal intelligence quotient(VIQ)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the above indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the CDCC between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the CDCC score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of EEG biomimetic electrical stimulator combined with cognitive function training in children with cerebral palsy can improve the treatment effect and promote their recovery.
