痛风性关节炎患者血清同型半胱氨酸、补体C3水平及其与尿酸的相关性

Serum Homocysteine,Complement C3 Levels and the Correlation with Uric Acid in Patients with Gouty Arthritis

目的:探讨痛风性关节炎(gouty arthritis,GA)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)与补体C3水平及其与尿酸(uric acid,UA)的相关性。方法:选取2022年1-10月广东省第二荣军医院收治并确诊的100例GA患者作为研究对象,根据UA水平将患者分为高UA组(HUA组,n=50)和非高UA组(NHUA组,n=50),另选50例健康人群作为对照组。比较三组血清Hcy、补体C3、UA水平,分析其与UA的相关性。结果:三组血清Hcy、补体C3、UA水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HUA组和NHUA组血清Hcy、补体C3、UA水平明显高于对照组,且HUA组血清Hcy、UA水平高于NHUA组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果发现,GA患者Hcy与UA呈正相关(r=0.658,P<0.05),补体C3与UA无明显相关性(r=0.237,P>0.05)。结论:血清Hcy与补体C3水平与GA存在密切关联,Hcy与UA呈正相关,而补体C3与UA无明显相关性。

Objective:To investigate the serum homocysteine(Hcy),complement C3 levels and the correlation with uric acid(UA)in patients with gouty arthritis(GA).Method:From January to October 2022,100 GA patients who admitted and diagnosed in Guangdong Second Rongjun Hospital were selected as the research objects,according to the UA level,the patients were divided into high UA group(HUA group,n=50)and non-high UA group(NHUA group,n=50),and 50 healthy people were selected as the control group.The levels of serum Hcy,complement C3 and UA were compared among three groups,and the correlation with UA was analyzed.Result:There were significant differences in serum Hcy,complement C3 and UA levels among three groups(P<0.05);the levels of serum Hcy,complement C3 and UA in HUA group and NHUA group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of serum Hcy and UA in HUA group were higher than those in NHUA group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that Hcy in patients with GA was positively correlated wtih UA(r=0.658,P<0.05);complement C3 was not correlated with UA(r=0.237,P>0.05).Conclusion:Serum Hcy and complement C3 levels are closely related to GA,Hcy is positively correlated with UA,while complement C3 is not significantly correlated with UA.
