手术室QCC精细化护理在胃癌根治术患者中的应用

Application of QCC Fine Nursing in Operating Room for Patients Undergoing Radical Gastrectomy

目的:探讨胃癌根治术患者接受手术室品管圈(QCC)精细化护理的效果。方法:将2020年2月-2023年2月南京医科大学附属淮安第一医院收治的80例胃癌患者作为研究对象。采用随机数表法将患者分为对照组(n=40,接受手术室常规护理)与观察组(n=40,在常规护理干预基础上接受手术室QCC精细化护理)。对比两组术后康复指标时间(肛门初次排气时间、初次饮水时间、初次肠鸣时间、初次排便时间、初次下床活动时间、导管拔除时间及术后住院时间)、并发症(胃肠功能障碍、肺部感染、切口感染、胸腔积液、深静脉血栓)发生率以及生活质量(生理状况、心理状况、功能状况、社会状况、精神状况)。结果:观察组术后康复指标时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,两组生活质量评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌根治术患者围手术期在常规护理干预基础上接受手术室QCC精细化护理,可明显缩短术后康复指标时间,使并发症发生率降低,全面提升患者生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of quality control circle(QCC)fine nursing in operating room for patients undergoing radical gastrectomy.Method:A total of 80 patients with gastric cancer who admitted to Huai’an First Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into the control group(n=40,receiving routine nursing in operating room)and the observation group(n=40,receiving QCC fine nursing in operating room on the basis of routine nursing intervention)by random number table method.The postoperative rehabilitation indexes time(anal first exhaust time,first drinking time,first bowel sound time,first defecation time,first ambulation time,catheter removal time and postoperative hospitalization time),complications(gastrointestinal dysfunction,pulmonary infection,incision infection,pleural effusion,deep vein thrombosis)and quality of life(physiological status,psychological status,functional status,social status,mental status)were compared between two groups.Result:The postoperative rehabilitation indexes time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of two groups increased,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:QCC fine nursing in operating room on the basis of routine nursing intervention during the perioperative period of patients undergoing radical gastrectomy can significantly shorten the postoperative rehabilitation indexes time,reduce the incidence of complications,and comprehensively improve the quality of life of patients.
