补肾安胎方加减治疗复发性流产的效果及对子宫动脉血流参数的影响

Effect of Bushen Antai Formula Addition and Subtraction in the Treatment of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion and Its Influence on Uterine Artery Blood Flow Parameter

目的:研究补肾安胎方加减治疗复发性流产(RSA)的效果及对子宫动脉血流参数的影响。方法:回顾性分析2019年2月-2021年12月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的76例RSA患者的临床资料。根据不同治疗方法将其分为参照组(36例)与研究组(40例)。参照组给予常规治疗,研究组在参照组基础上给予补肾安胎方加减治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医症候积分、子宫动脉血流参数及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,研究组中医症候积分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组左侧血流阻力指数(RI)、右侧RI、收缩期峰值流速/舒张末期流速(S/D)均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾安胎方加减可改善RSA患者子宫动脉血流,最大限度缓解患者中医症状,治疗效果显著。

Objective:To study the effect of Bushen Antai Formula addition and subtraction in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA)and its influence on uterine artery blood flow parameter.Method:The clinical data of 76 RSA patients admitted to the People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into reference group(36 cases)and study group(40 cases).The reference group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given Bushen Antai Formula addition and subtraction treatment on the basis of the reference group.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,uterine artery blood flow parameters before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left blood flow resistance index(RI),right RI,systolic peak flow velocity/end-diastolic flow velocity(S/D)in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Antai Formula addition and subtraction can improve the uterine artery blood flow of patients with RSA,and relieve the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of patients to the maximum extent,the treatment effect is significant.
