脑卒中后患者癫痫发作及其临床特点研究

Study on Epileptic Seizures and Its Clinical Characteristics of Patients after Stroke

脑卒中具有极高的发病率及死亡率,与心脏病、恶性肿瘤一起,成为人类死亡的三大疾病,该病并发症较多,是成人癫痫发作的主要原因之一,严重影响患者病程进展,影响其预后,并增加卒中病死率。虽然临床对脑卒中后癫痫发作的认识在不断提高,但该病的发病机制尚未完全明确,在了解脑卒中后癫痫发作的危险因素及临床特点的基础上,对症采取科学有效的治疗措施,降低疾病的致残率及死亡率,提高患者生活质量有着积极意义。本文总结了脑卒中后癫痫发作的发病机制及特点,系统阐述了疾病的主要治疗措施,以期为同行提供帮助。

Stroke has a very high morbidity and mortality,and it has become the three major diseases of human death together with heart disease and malignant tumor,it has many complications and is one of the main causes of epileptic seizures in adults,it seriously affects the progression of disease,affects its prognosis,and increases the mortality of stroke.Although the clinical understanding of poststroke epileptic seizures is increasing,the pathogenesis of the disease is not yet fully understood,on the basis of understanding the risk factors and clinical characteristics of post-stroke epilepsy seizures,it is of positive significance to take scientific and effective treatment measures to reduce the disability rate and mortality rate of the disease and improve the quality of life of patients.This article summarized the pathogenesis and characteristics of epileptic seizures after stroke,and systematically expounded the main treatment measures of the disease,in order to provide help for peers.
