基于漫游交互刺激技术的康复治疗仪研制

摘要 针对传统干扰电治疗仪存在刺激电流类型单一、治疗范围有限、需要人工频繁切换吸附电极等技术瓶颈,开发了一种基于漫游交互刺激技术(REST)的康复治疗仪。该治疗仪以微控制器为控制核心,以电容触摸屏为人机交互界面,通过设计的干涉点自动切换电路、电极脱落检测电路、气泵压力调节电路等硬件系统,结合涵盖治疗模式选择、治疗处方设定、治疗时间设置、抽吸力调节、负压开关、报警提示等软件功能的控制程序,可在不移动吸附电极的前提下,通过多电极导通自动切换控制,实现多对电极的自由导通组合,使干扰电场节律性或随机性变化,既兼顾了单一部位的高效治疗,又实现了大范围多维度治疗。 In response to the technical bottlenecks of conventional interferometric electrotherapy devices,such as a single type of stimulation current,limited therapeutic range,and the need for frequent manual switching of the adsorbed electrodes,roving interactive stimulation technology based electrotherapy rehabilitation devices have been developed.The therapeutic device is controlled by a microcontroller as the control core and a capacitive touch screen as the human-computer interaction interface.Through hardware systems such as the designed interference point automatic switching circuit,electrode detachment detection circuit,and air pump pressure adjustment circuit,combined with a control program that covers software functions such as treatment mode selection,treatment prescription setting,treatment time setting,suction force adjustment,negative pressure switch,alarm prompt,etc.,it can adsorb the electrode without moving it,through automatic switching control of multi electrode conduction,the free conduction combination of multiple pairs of electrodes is achieved,resulting in rhythmic or random changes in the interference electric field.This not only balances the efficient treatment of individual sites,but also enables large-scale multidimensional roving interactive stimulation therapy.
